Communicative. Glenn was running late. I have no problem with that because I know that things don’t always go to schedule. But he called and even came out late in the evening to keep to the same day.

Available financing! Aaron was able to give us a price at the appointment. He helped with the finance company. He even made a second trip to show us again what his company was going to do, marked it on the grass. This made it clearer.

Very straight forward and a great help. I understand why Bruce is the Project Manager, I would not want to work with no one else because of his personal knowledge, commitment and recommendations.

Truly a Pro, this is what customer service should be like, like it was in the 60's. Alot of companies need to learn from this man.
