These are my favorite pilates classes! Benson was awesome - great instructor. He sounds like a DJ which adds to the fun of the class. All of the instructors have been outstanding! I’ve never had a bad instructor. Would highly recommend to anyone!
The straps on my machine were really loose - esp on the front platform and it really affected the lunge series.
