The staff
The trainers are SO knowledgeable and trained very well - The staff is friendly and personable as well as the trainers. The facility is clean and it’s such a positive environment. I love it !!! I went on a daily basis when I was off for the summer— I make an effort for S6 classes even with a packed work schedule. It’s a pleasant and rewarding priority - that never disappoints.

2. The enthusiasm of the owner (Elizabeth) - even after 6+ years of ownership/operation;
3. The fact that the owner (Elizabeth) still teaches classes (shows personal investment);
4. As well as all the great instructors at the Preston Hollow location.
