Knowledgable and accommodating service tech

We were extremely pleased with results of our carpet cleaning by Zerorez. We had our carpets cleaned a year ago by a different company which cleaned the way every other company does. After the carpets dried they looked just as dirty as before and no stains came out and traffic areas showed no improvement. After Zerorez was done and carpets dried they looked almost new! And all stains were gone! We will be using Zerorez on a yearly basis.

Shawn Gronotte is the BEST -- he was right on time, did his work efficiently and pleasantly -- we tried to give him a tip but our bill was closed and the lady on the phone could not do it the day after Shawn was at our house. We are very very sorry we could not show our appreciation.

The tech, Sean was very knowledgeable and answered all questions, showed me the special water process and my own dirty water once he was done. He was extremely friendly and respectful. Initial date for service requested had an error, but customer service manager corrected it no problem. End result of carpet appearance, texture, dry time is excellent. Will see in a few months how the new micro treatment causes spills to bead or soak into carpet. Pet stains and odor completely removed. Am very satisfied with overall experience and end result and will definetely use zerorez again. Have already recommended to my daughter. Thank you zerorez.

I appreciate that I'm not cleaning my carpets with chemicals. Technician was great.

I was told the day of that my original tech went home sick, but another was coming it would be an hour or two later than planned. However, he ended up coming within the original time frame. He (Sean) was courteous and thorough. My carpet had a lot of old stains and he was able to get most of them out. My carpet looks, smells and feels better than it has in a very lobg time.

Technician was on time and very personable. He also did a great job and completed the job in around 2 hours.

My carpets are very old but look much better since having them cleaned by Zerorez. The price was reasonable and employee who cleaned the carpets was very nice and looked trustworthy and responsible.
