Very polite clean cut technician, very friendly, didn't oversell products just offered them. He took his time, didn't rush through the job. I like that I don't have to worry about soap residue, my carpet is as clean as it's ever been. A few very faint spots from coffee in office, but no one has been able to get them out completely. Thank you! I have used Zero Rez in the past when other franchise owners had it, but they did not survive, I hope you will! Also, very friendly person at the office, talked to her twice and she was very efficient in getting me an appointment in the time frame requested.

No residue left behind so that carpet is cleaner.

Recommendation: I would recommend that you provide something the technician or homeowner can place under the legs of furniture so that rust spots are not left on the carpet as it dries. I have recommended during my last Zerorez cleaning before but still have to do this myself. It's a simple step that carpet cleaners used to do. I think it would go a long way in increasing customer care ratings or reviews.

I was happy with the work the gentlemen did, how they explained what the process entailed and how quickly they cleaned my 3 bedroom single level home. The rugs were completely dry in less than 8 hours (could have a been shorter time but I was out of the house for 8 hours after the rugs were cleaned). And the rugs were nice and soft not stiff or crunchy like some cleaners leave.

I really like the fact it's all natural and no harsh chemicals.
