My carpet is very old and Zerorez was able to bring a lot of like back into them. Almost all of the stains came out and the ones left behind are really small and have been there for years. 100% satisfied.

- When tech was unable to clean my rug onsite, he was able to honor my pricing but take my rug in to be cleaned at the warehouse. Really appreciated him going above and beyond, even though it wasn't his or my fault (it was a communication issue where he did not bring the right sized tarp because the company did not communicate how big my rug was).

- I was super happy with how clean they were able to get my white fabric couch. It looks new and it's over 3 years old (and we have a dog!)

The young man, Jay, who cleaned our carpets, was incredibly knowledgeable about not only the services of Zerorez, but also of types of carpets, fibers, tiles and grout; all which were cleaned at our house. We hadn't ever had our tiles cleaned on our bathroom floors and Jay worked on the grout so it went from "ew" to "new"!

The only reason I didn't give a '10' is because there was some confusion at the headquarters on our appointment time. We had planned for an early appointment about a month ahead of our scheduled date and two days before, learned that our set '8:15' was changed to 10-2pm start time, which caused us to alter plans for the day. That said, the service we received was indeed worth the wait.

I like the knowledge of the person that does the job. They explain the process and do a complete job! We have used the several years and appreciate the job they do at a fair price!
