David from Zerorez cleaned my carpet in 3 rooms, a long hallway, and a flight of 15 stairs. David was friendly, informative and on time! I am awestruck by the beautiful result! I know for certain the carpeted stairs had not been cleaned other than vacuuming and spot cleaning for 25 years. There were pet stains in several areas in the hallway and the 3 rooms. This is 32 year old carpet people! I was planning to have it ripped up and tossed in the landfill, and thought I would give it one more winter. Now it looks good enough to keep. I solemnly promise to have Zerorez do it's magic again in the spring. Finally, I appreciate that the carpet is not soaked with chemicals. It's all what I call "magic water". Great service, the cleaner came a bti to end to the service window (12-5 is a big window, and its inconvenient of the cleaner shows up at 4.55 on the Friday)

Technician Jay was awesome. He spent quite awhile identifying a couple of very old ugly and icky stains so he could be sure and treat them correctly. We have both old and new carpet. After treatment newer carpet looks amazing and old carpet looks clean. Everything dried overnight so we could move the furniture back without delay. I’ll use ZeroRez again for sure.

We liked the ease of making an appointment, the friendliness and competency of the cleaner, and the consistency of service. We used Zerorez in Indiana several and are pleased to know that the quality is consistent! Thank you.

This visit was a re-do without additional cost. The red spots in the middle room lightened up to a pale pink and are not as big. The mysterious stain in the living room is just stubborn, it may be a little bit lighter, but still visible. My reasons of recommending these services (and already have) is because you guys came back. The technician really took time to address the issues in the rooms. But also explained just how much is realistically possible given the condition of my carpets.

I think it helps when making the appointment (especially for my first appointment) that customer service and technician give me more of a detailed explanation of process or ask me a little more of the condition of carpets. Our technician was great during both visits tho. He did those things. I was just very surprised to see the red stains appear and the sticky stains, which he had no way of knowing about.
