Thanks to Ren we were able to get right in to have the battery to our RV get service. First we were told that they couldn’t help us because the next available appointment would be in June. We were up in the Buffalo area to pick up our son because we were leaving on Tuesday to travel out to Arizona for our grand daughters wedding. Thanks to everyone involved, especially Ren ( hope the spelling is correct) we made it out here and looking forward to our grand daughters wedding this weekend. This is the second time that she was helpful in getting us on and out of the service area quickly. We found everyone friendly and helpful.

Colton RV is very responsive to your needs. If you have an issue they will
get you into the shop as soon as they can. If not they have provided me
excellent guidance over the phone which has been incredibly helpful and saved
me the trip of getting my 5th wheel there for service. The sales staff is
excellent and I appreciated their non-pushy sales approach. Finally, after
we purchased our 5th wheel from Colton, they were incredibly thorough
with the delivery. They left no stone unturned and did not allow us to pull
the new rig off the lot until we were comfortable with all aspects of the unit.
I love my new camper. It's just the right size for me. Colton RV is the best. No pressure.
Parts associate was very helpful
The salesman Mike Scinta was very helpful in getting my family the bunkhouse trailer we wanted at a price we feel was fair to us both. Zachery in the accessory sales department was extremely helpful as well. All in all, a great experience purchasing our new RV !!

Great team at Colton. Chuck Partsch in Sales, Rubin, my main man, in parts (who always gets me in trouble by showing me the latest and greatest in toys) and Kevin in finance. I don’t bother shopping other dealers. If you guys can’t make it happen … can anyone else do it? Time will tell. So far, I’m a happy camper.

Despite being incredibly busy, service was excellent. Everyone went out of their way to get the job done. Service was able to fit in an unscheduled wash. We spent two nights in the campground and the first service guy to arrive in the morning walked across the parking lot to greet us. Thanks!
