Cost is a little high.
I was given a wonderful hair washing and scalp messaging. To help prepare for my 3 (1)hour MRI 's, this super attentive, wonderful woman placed an awesome tight braid in my unruly hair! I want her to know it stayed in and I received comments on it!
My first cut a little over a month ago was perfect but this time I got scalped. There was little attention to detail this time by the same stylist.

Crystal did an amazing job cutting my son's hair. It was his first haircut ever. Crystal was very patient and kind. The other hair dressers also helped keep him entertained! Overall a great first haircut. Thank you Crystal!

Most of your employees are not skilled at giving a good haircut. That being said, this is also true of the majority of haircut places. If you gave good training, and fired the not skilled, you could dominate the industry.

I would like to share my experience at my last visit to your Bellingham, Wa location. I always just choose to get the first available stylist and this time I had the pleasure of getting Oksana. I have received hundreds of hair cuts in my life and without question the one she gave me was the most pleasant. I have never had my hair cut with such a soft touch and gentleness. She was such a nice person and had the softest touch that really brings a soothing calm that is very relaxing in addition to a great looking hair cut. Just wanted her to know to keep up the good work and will be requesting her my next visit!

I think my hair stylist was Crystal. She did a great job, she was super friendly and my haircut rocked. She perfected all the details and overall did a great cut. Great service was what I noticed. Got in pretty fast, haircut was quick and effective, and I was out of there. I loved that, the speed of the process is great.
The person that gave me my haircut was very nice, talkative, and made great suggestions, as well as being very thorough and precise with my haircut.
