Your VIP chair hair wash experience, its nice but your chairs appear to be meant for people with no legs and short torso's.
I'm a 6'1" tall adult, and none of me really fits on that chair in a way that is comfortable when i'm supposed to be reclined back with my neck resting in the sink at a weird angle. The angle is extreme enough that there is risk of injury should something occur.
Past traditional barber shop experiences in non-sport clip locations where i had my hair washed, none of that was a problem these were proportioned for real adult people.
i don't fault your staff for this, they are pleasant and very capable but stuck with a strange massage chair contraption that doesn't seem to work properly. I could do without the shaking chair nonsense if it meant I was able to sit in a chair that is ergonomically correct for an adult male of my height. Fix them!
I absolutely love taking my kids to Sports Clips and haven't taken them anywhere else for years now! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable

Why would anyone want a shampoo chair that doesn't massage you? It's brilliant. Perfect cut, easy atmosphere at a great price. I'm happy to keep going back.

Both stylists I spoke with were kind and welcoming. My stylist did a wonderful job asking me lots of questions and checking in since I was getting a big jump of a haircut. I felt like it actually mattered that I left with a haircut I liked

My stylist is always friendly and knows exactly what I want.
First off, I was emailed a coupon that I was told I could use. My plan was to give the value of the coupon to my stylist. But at the time of checkout, I was told I could not use the coupon. Even though I had already left the extra tip. What made matters worse was I received a poor haircut to begin with. I will find a new place to receive my haircuts in the future.
