Your teachers are consistently so, so good. They have a plan, they give good cues, they focus on intention, and they take to you to a place where you think only about what your body is doing and nothing else. I always feel better when I leave CPY.

Very good classes! Really great work outs and good clean showers after! Nice location in downtown Walnut Creek and the instructors are all super nice!
