The staff are always very friendly and attentive. They are what make the experience great, and I am someone who hates getting haircuts.

The haircuts are usually good. Sometimes not great. I have trouble communicating what I want, I know, but they do occasionally miss some things that are not a matter of style, but simply how to cut hair like mine, like how it lays at the back of the head. Anyway, Pam was great, I could tell she knows what she's doing. I showed her pictures of my hair from my favorite haircut, and she knew what to do.

The best part of any haircut at sport clips, and the main reason I would choose it over other options, is the scalp massage and shampoo. Even better if it's done by an attractive young woman, I'm going to be honest. I usually have some good conversations while there, too, which is always something I need more of!

The prices are getting a bit high, though. There's a men's barber shop nearby that is roughly the same price, and with a good likelihood of a better cut, simply due to the people working there, and probably related to the fact that they stay working there. Sport Clips seems to have a fairly high employee turnover rate, so you don't get the same person for very long. The men's shop does not offer shampoos or massages, and the workers are all men, but they do have good conversation. There's a discount hair cut place nearby, too, which does ok, but no frills. And a school of cosmetology with dirt cheap haircuts but they're slow as molasses. So that's what you're competing with. Be better than all of them.

Oh, and bring back free birthday MVP haircuts! Preferably by May!
