I like that it's a pretty fast service for walk ins and that it's still pretty reasonably priced for a haircut.
I really appreciated my stylist Michelle as she attempted to get me an Armed Forces Service Member discount, there's some type of rule that that discount is only for a particular hair cut level or something (honestly I wasn't looking for a military discount since few places still do it, so I zoned out when the manager explained why it couldn't be applied to my haircut). I still appreciated that she tried though and made sure it met Army regulations. She's a great personality and energy.

Stylist worked quickly and followed my wishes for the haircut. Price was reasonable. As there is no appointment scheduling, I found the "check in" procedure was awkward.
