Friendly atmosphere, schedule, knowledgeable instructors
I like that it is performance based teaching. That the kids are working towards a goal - that they have the opportunity to form friendships this heightens motivation and enthusiasm. I do however have a concern that there may not always be 2 teachers present during the practice with peer sessions and that there maybe idle time for kids waiting to perform - I believe this time needs to be replanned so that all kids are involved in a musical experience either one large group where all students are involved or 2 smaller groups.
We love everything about all of the programs that are offered at School of Rock! The teachers are amazing, patient and truly inspiring!
Rick and Heidi the owners, go above and beyond in every situation. We feel truly blessed to have found this incredible program for both of our teenage children. They have learned so much in the past year and we are so excited to see their next concert/performance! It's a place where like minded kids can get together. They learn to love music in an exciting environment. They learn music that they know as well as rock and roll hits. It's a great atmosphere that is welcoming and accepting.

We like the emphasis on all kids being given the opportunity to play with various musicians and having performances. We also like the fact that the kids must take a lesson in order to participate.

School of Rock has been very good for my granddaughter. She loves to sing and be with teens with like interests. The band leaders and teachers are both supportive and excellent. But most of all, she has a great timecc
Flexibility of choosing guitar piano vocals and the performance band. Also easy to reschedule missed lessons. Heidi Rick and teachers are awesome!!!
Great private 1:1 instructors and having them concerts were a huge plus.

I like that the owner (Rick) is very positive and shows a sincere interest in children and the richness learning music brings to their life - he is highly dedicated and that makes all the difference. Our experience with the instructors has also been very positive and my grandson enjoys it fully. It has helped my grandson greatly with increasing his self confidence and self esteem.
