I like your products and services. However, on the weekend I waited 30+ mins for a haircut and they cut the hair of two customers who arrived after me. I was a bit upset. The hair dresser gave me a free MVP so that made me feel better. However, I wonder if you could improve the sign in system with someone electronic like a keyboard or perhaps customers could visit a link with their cell phone to sign in. Sometimes writing our name on a clipboard to sign in gets overlooked.

I like when there is a line-up the client's name can go on the queue with an approximate time to return to get onto one of the barber's chairs. One day when busy i was told the wait would be 40 minutes. I came back approximately 40 minutes later and I got my hair cut right away. And in the mean time I got some errands done.
