I really like the "no wait" sign in the window. I really hope you continue to use that and turn it off when there is a wait. I drive by your place all the time and when there is a no wait sign I duck in and get a hair cut. It is a major reason why I go here.

I have found wait times recently to be much better than in the past. There seems to be more staff on at busy times which is great. Good job!

I like that I am not pressured to get the MVP, which I don't really want in most cases.

Hair products and beard oil are really good. A little over priced for a sport clip style of place but good quality.

friendly...long waits sometimes....subtle pressure to go for MVP....good haircuts....I like the idea of free neck trims but I've never taken advantage of it

I was given a nice cut. The combined cut,shampoo and massage was a pleasant and efficient experience. The between cuts neck trim is a great idea. I will continue getting my haircut there and will definetly recommend them to others.
