Great haircut and MVP experience

The staff are great all my expeirence have been amazing. Only suggestion i have is to give regular customers some kinda of coupons more often for a free hair cut or mvp

Very professional stylists. Very courteous and the small talk is quite enjoyable

the price is very high compared to most barbers with tip after a fade , hot towel not to mention a very high quality of a timely haircut is around 25 $ all in 18$ cut and 7$ tip. sport is 25 $ with out a tip and most barbers there seem like this is an entry position level cut i will come there when the other barbers are jammed packed and i cannot wait two hours for a cut but its always nerve wrecking since the quality is just not there. i will always tip well the lady who cut my hair was good today and i appreciate her effort she put in and if i do return i would hope to have her again and no needs to offend but 90% of the time i have to go to the other barber fot a touch up since the quality is just not there for the price sport clips charges i would expect a very good cut . men dont go to salons and pay 50$ for a cut , we go to a barber and get a great cut for a reasonable price and the quality is always there . i have been to only 2 sport clips and its the same as great clips but and extra 10-15$ . my only suggestion would be to train people better or hire more skilled hairstylist. once again i'm not trying to put sport clips down by any means just the money worth isent really there

The entire experience is very professional. Joanne,the manager, at the Oxford Crossing, Port Coquitlam location, is one of the finest 'hair professionals' I've ever encountered. Exceptionally friendly, a talented stylist, wonderful personality and always goes 'above & beyond' to satisfy my needs and requests.

I only wish that my hair would grow a bit faster ... so that I could enjoy the experience more often!
