I’m impressed with the online appointment booking feature and the ability to choose a particular stylist. The feature to see the wait time is also impressive. All my requests are constantly updated regarding style. If there is one thing I would like changed is to be opened Monday.

Service quality is high. I like the first come first serve mentality as it’s difficult for me to plan multiple days out. Let alone a month.
It’s like it’s on my time schedule and not on the facility’s.
Staff is friendly and keep records on my preferences.
Only feedback is it’s rather expensive, comparatively.
