As a first time customer, unsure of what to expect, I was extremely impressed with not only the quality of the haircut and MVP package, but with the customer service provided by Karlee. She was very friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in the door and even though she knew my haircut was complimentary, her cheerful demeanor never changed. She clearly knows what it takes to draw and maintain future business.
