Heated room

I enjoy getting my stretch on at CorePowerYoga, because the instructors here guide you through your breathing as they guide you through each and every pose of traditional Vinyasa Flow yoga. The heated rooms are as intense as relaxing in a sauna or a hot tub, but the deep stretches are what really make the heated workouts healthy and worth every hour, dollar, and droplet of sweat you put in.

And if you find the CPY black tag membership unaffordable, then join the SET team! That way, you can get paid to work out just by cleaning up after yourself and your fellow yogis, and helping to maintain the studio to keep it spotless and from smelling like all those other gyms...

The Kailua and Kahala studios only have one primary workout room, so the workouts can get crowded, but even the Ward studio rooms get busy too and it is the largest studio of the three so far on the island.
That's because the word is spreading about the benefits of adding Yoga practice to your lives and CorePowerYoga is one of the best places to find this great community in lavish, heated studios!

I like the increasing # of locations & enjoy visiting as many as I can when I travel & I really like the consistently similar environments as well as class experiences from region to region.

Facilities are clean and the instructors are amazing. Lia is one of the best teachers I've ever had. Chieko is the reason I wake up at 4:45 AM on Fridays to drag my butt to 6AM C2. Just wish it were more affordable or there were specials for existing students.

The instructors are very personable, knowledgeable and engage with it's members.

One suggestion: REMIND members (especially NEW ones) that once they're in the STUDIO (not outside waiting) that it's a QUIET zone... Many times when there is a surge in guests (Groupon) there is so much LOUD chatter while waiting for the class to start and even after the class has ended.

The employees are very kind, friendly and helpful. The yoga teacher was very nice, I liked the most her efforts to make us all feel good and do the poses right, correcting us, giving useful tips, help us stay in focus, etc. Good scheduled of classes through the day.
The space is nicely organized and welcoming. Free parking.
