The Instructors are POSITIVE and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Each instructor encourages everyone. The instructors are willing to give one on one instruction. That is important for beginners like me. I also for got my watch and several other valuable items at core power. The next day it was there. It was just as if I left it at home. I've worked out at other gyms throughout my life. I have never been around so many honest gym members and staff like the ones at core power. I feel comfortable and like I'm at home when I'm there.
