Clean, well maintained studio with very friendly staff, I always feel welcome.
Classes start and finish on TIME! thank you thank you for this. Class is so much more enjoyable when I don't have to worry about the clock.
Instructors - everyone is wonderful, but in particular:
Stephanie (one of the most intelligent, thoughtful, and intuitive yoga teachers I've ever experienced. she's a GEM in C2)
Ashley (so much fun, bright spirit, loving and her emphasis on teaching yogic philosophy is fascinating - her classes got me through some of the darkest days of my life)
Riley (love love love his pace of HPF and clearly puts a lot of thought into his instruction and MUSIC :) - he's an old soul and it is wonderful!)
Mike - puts his own creative spin on standard sequences, he knows the body well and gives fabulous adjustments, clearly has a lot of experience and knows how to help students.
