I enjoy the hot yoga classes and friendly instructors. Having a good variety of high quality yoga clothes for sale is great too!

The class schedule allows me to always be able to take a class that I want throughout the day/week.

Thank you for everything that you do! I appreciate that the studio has such a positive and welcoming vibe & it is esp. helpful when I forget something (very often) the studio is equipped with everything needed! It's also great that classes are held at various times/days. Above all, incredible instructors! I really appreciate how so many instructors have been so friendly and helpful, esp. as I had never tried yoga until I stepped into CPY so initially I felt quite intimidated coming to classes. Much mahalo to awesome instructors, e.g., Stephanie P., Liann, Alana, Ashley S., Sommer, Danielle B., Riley, etc, whose positivity and kindness have made such a positive impact both on and off the mat!

The friendly staff and the clean studio.

I was very wowed by the class, studio, and instructor, Whitney. The only thing I was a little grossed out about were the hand weights and blocks. I will wipe them down before and after I use them.

The instructors are friendly and genuine, besides being wonderful leading the practice.

Small classes

Good classes. But the rush of everyone getting into class really takes a lot of the fun out of the experience

I like the fact that the instructors encourage you to push yourself but not over exert what your body can handle. Judgement free atmosphere. The ward location is convenient for me (a person who resides in town). The classes are pricy but if I continue to go and even due two classes in a row I can make that price worth it.

My first time and really enjoyed it! Wish I had more time to take full advantage of my free week..unfortunately no time...as weekends are the best time for me.
