A friend of mines recommended the Ward Honolulu in Hawaii. What’s convenient and stress free about the location is free parking! Online class schedule is best to do before you come in but my randomness I came in and was welcomed immediately. I walked in my first Yoga class and my instructors name was Leah.

This class was phenomenal and so relaxed. Never taken a yoga class, this instructor was patient, kind and encouraging. She put me in a place where I felt peace, relaxed and stress less. Thanks to her I found my tranquility and made my very day leaving yoga class so refreshed and just happy.

I enjoy the Sculpt with Brooke on the weekends. But, there needs to be more Sculpt during the week for the after work yogis. I also appreciate Shigae cleaning up the studio & Mens room very meticulously.
I also believe that Sculpt should be maxed out at about 40 students, When there are over 40 it gets way too crowded.

I did the C1 Class yesterday and it was wonderful, a nice blend of stretching and relaxing!

All the staff members and instructors are very friendly. I have taken a couple of classes there before but all the instructors are really good and I have never had bad classes.

Teacher was great! Loved that she talked about yoga philosophy during the class and explained it. Great sequence as well.

I love the Friday class at Victoria Park. It's great to be outdoors and having fun. I loved that the class catered to all ages. I decided to invite a friend.

Great teachers, welcoming environment, clean facilities. But you need to fix the app! it's terrible. it doesn't upload classes to google calendar and it often doesn't display the next day's classes.

Different styles to yoga sculpt yet maintaining the principles of yoga sculpt. Thoroughly enjoyed taking there class and their cues are on point.
