When I am in Honolulu I always attend a yoga class
at the Ward studio. It’s walking distance from Waikiki. So very convenient.

Leah taught Yoga sculpt. The class was awesome. Leah has good music and lots of energy. It was a great fun workout!!!!

Suzanne was an amazing instructor and made the class worth taking. Her energy is definitely what got me through the workout. I loved the class but it was so full.

Within the walls of the studio, the yoga sessions are rejuvenating, challenging, restorative, strengthening, and elevate working out to balance. The people are the heart of the Core power experience. We are members from Phoenix AZ. We have taken several classes this week while on vacation. All have been fabulous. Special shout out to Leah Salindong and Elyse Nelson for amazing classes!

I wish you had more fusion classes, the downward dog and chaturanga's has hurt my friend and my wrists, I love them, but the fusion classes seem like the really heal and the more heat the better. Just my opinion.
