Great class (C1), intense but with well timed breaks. I also like that it is kept right on schedule and is only an hour long, making it easier to plan for dinner than many longer classes do.

Clean and convinient

The sat. night candlelight instructor was great. I had just lost my father in law unexpectedly two days before and without even knowing what I was going through her allowing me to have my phone in class and helping me with poses without pressuring and allowing it to be a soothing hour for me was just what I needed. she was one of the best core power instructors I have had.

Everyone is kind, especially enjoyed Anna's teaching style.

I tried the 1 week trial that they offered. The staff was very friendly and the two yoga teachers Ana & Courtney were wonderful teachers. I normally have not liked yoga, but Core Power Yoga has peaked my interest as will definitely be part of my exercise routine from now on.
