Kim and Jordan (and all the other instructors are amazing!).. The studios are very clean, the locker room is clean and the retail area always has great items...

Firstly, the facility in Merrifield is outstanding. I have only taken the Yoga Sculpt so far and that class is very, very good. Great all round work out.

Great workouts. Convenient classes. I wish there was a core 2 class from 7:30-8:30 because I can't go at night before my kids are in bed, but otherwise, great place.
