Michele E is very friendly and very skilled at giving a great haircut. She keeps you informed of what she is doing so you can tell her if you want something changed. She is a very nice person and visits while she is cutting your hair.
The salon is always kept very clean. All the people working there seem competent and friendly. Check-in is very quick, especially if you check in online. But I saw a person walk in and he was checked in very quickly and getting his hair cut in a matter of a minute or two.
In other words, the service is great and the prices are very fair.

Always nervous about a first visit to a hair stylist. I am very loyal to a place and stylist that knows me, my hair & my preferences. Gene was very chatty--which helped to relax me! Most importantly, he gave me a great haircut!! Also, I have never had a hot, steamy towel on my face, while he washed my hair after the cut--to remove all the loose hair. Scalp massage was a nice touch as well! I will be back.
