Very accessible--I got an appointment in 3 days. Intake professional was very cordial, knowledgeable, interested, and thorough in interviewing about our areas of concern. Several individuals around the office and in intake were positive and welcoming. The children involved were also included in the discussions.
We like our tutor Anna, she has a lot of patience and works well with my daughter. Having her come to our home is a plus.
It's a one on one tutoring session that's carried out very professionally. For the most part you are in a quiet comfortable atmosphere where your tutors are very flexible as far as time schedule and your needs. I tried getting help from sylvan where everyone was tutored in the same room as everyone else, which was extremely loud and distracting, and you were in a five man group with one teacher so you never got complete attention.
Very good with kids. Flexible with times and anyways returns calls and emails.
