That you listen to the student to find out where they are struggling and help boost their confidence to tackle the problems in class and in their life. Heidi had done excellent research about the schools Jacob had on his list and gave us great insight on how to approach his applications. Getting to talk out the plan for his SAT/ACT was helpful. Very useful and I will recommend to people. I didn't feel a strong sales pitch but I could easily identify the services that Frontier offers that would be helpful. The hands on one on one approach. Working through actual homework assignments for school. Ben has been great working with our daughter. He manages to get her to listen and work on math for an entire hour and a half at a time. I did not know that was possible. So far, we are super impressed.
You have been very responsive to our individual needs and my daughter has indicated that the sessions have been helpful. Now let's see if her score improves!!! : )
