At CPY Henderson, I feel like I have found my yoga home and community. The teachers (especially Abby and Woni ^_^) are friendly, personable and actually care about me. Even though this is not the closest studio to me, I am always willing to drive to experience the love and energy here.

Great community and experience. Before walking in, I had been to one yoga class in my life. The team at Core Power made me feel comfortable and now I crave going!

Good music and yoga was great

I love the mix of yoga, cardio and strength training in the sculpt class! A regular flow yoga class is great, but sometimes I need a little more. This class kicks butt and leaves you feeling fantastic!

Basic but still challenging class

I loved class with Melissa. She was a great instructor. The space was clean and very nice.

The corepower sculpt class I took was incredible. I really enjoyed the yoga flow mixed with weighted exercises.....all while sweating like crazy!

I immediately fell in love with the vibe of CPY. Everyone that works there has an amazing attitude that is contagious. More than that, the yoga is a mind/body/soul work out that leaves you feeling amazing. Very excited to begin my journey with CPY!

Nice studio format in a cool part of town.

CPY is close to my apartment and was referred to me by a coworker that is currently in the teacher training program. My first class, Hot Fusion, was last night and I loved it!! The instructor was awesome. She is clearly knowledgeable and loves what she does. I thought the class was challenging which has led me to believe I need more yoga in my life. I took a class at 6am this morning that was a tad more challenging. I loved it too. I'm hooked.

Challenging with good instruction. Lots of space.

How the place and the teachers are not pretentious. I like that the teacher knew my name and she was attentive to my beginner level. She was able to image the poses which made it a better experience.
