The facility is inviting and very clean. It is spacious. It has a warm and friendly atmosphere. The yoga teaching rooms are quiet and spacious. The instructor was very helpful. She enjoyed teaching us and was able to provide individual assistance. She also added both a genuine respect for each person and a respect for the practice of yoga whether it was for beginners or more advanced students. I felt challenged but also accepted.

I loved the class I too!k It was an awesome combination of fast paced yoga with weights and cardio! I had never taken a class like it before.....it just seem so unique to me. After I felt like my whole body had been worked!

I love Abby! I relocated from Denver over a year ago and was struggling to find a good yoga class. Tried my gym, Exhale and We Yogis and didn't really like any of them. I really missed practicing yoga and am so thankful to have found CorePower - specifically Abby.

I love how many options of classes there are at CorePower. On any given night, I can typically find a class that fits my schedule and skill set. The classes give you the opportunity to practice at your own level and go deeper if you want to. Each instructor has been great about encouraging depth in your practice, but giving you the freedom to take what you need. There is a clear emphasis on the mind and body connection, which I also appreciate.

Everyone is very personal and always willing to support. This is the first studio that pulls me in and I call my home studio. My personal practice has improved overall and I have gained a great deal of strength.
