Instructors are knowledgeable and classes are challenging, however I don't do many poses because of an thumb injury. I love the temperature during yoga and appreciate the verbal messaging with the vinyasa flow & the music is awesome.

Maggie was very welcoming and the class was great. I would recommend some newer yoga mats for visitors who have to rent them. It was very slippery and the black pieces were breaking off and sticking to me. Otherwise, it was great!

Woni was the best teacher yet! He actually does hands on adjustments - for everyone, all levels, all class long. Your other teachers RARELY do even tho they make a big deal of asking about it at the start of class.

I live in Denver, and practice regularly at the Denver Corepower studios. I was on vacation in Dallas, and decided to try a class at the Henderson studio. The studio was great, including the class and instructor. I'm very glad I can not only practice at any Corepower, but also feel welcome at a new studio.
