The music is amazing! Any and all music. I've been to so many yoga classes and taken teacher training... it can completely take me out of the moment/posture/class when or if I focus too much on the teacher. I know everyone is different, but for me... the music allows me to appreciate the entire flow.. the teacher, the postures, the flow, and the joy of each and every moment. I also enjoyed the candlelight. It's way too easy in Dallas (or any city) to become focused on appearance during any workout or class. Without the bright lights, it's easier to go inward, not to worry about whether your neighbor is holding standing bow longer than you or whether your hair is all out of place. Instead, you can just be. No expectations. No limits. Free, even while in the midst of strangers, even though they really aren't strangers at all.

The instructors are so motivating and upbeat! They don't treat you any differently than someone whose an accomplished yogi. It makes me want to keep going until I become one!

CorePower has some creative, inspiring and caring teachers showering attention to detail with upbeat music and challenging flow classes. I appreciate the size of each studio & mirrors on at least 2 walls, yoga apparel and mats are good quality. I even purchased a holiday candle the other day and it's an amazing scent.

I love the Henderson (Dallas) studio! Abby (studio manager) and all the teachers are so friendly, energetic and professional. There is such a great vibe to this studio. Abby and her team love yoga and teaching students. I attended my first class at the Henderson location in September and have thoroughly enjoyed all the classes I've taken there this fall. The HPF format brought me to CorePower. I'm so grateful you offer this class- it's outstanding.

I love that you have late night classes all week long! The studio and teachers are great, but the class schedule was my deciding factor when choosing core power. You actually have night classes that a busy professional can make, and not just one day a week like other places.
