CorePower Sauganash has the best instructors, hands down! I also love the early morning classes. I can shower and get ready for work after class and the locker room is always super clean.

I’m pretty new to yoga - started last spring. You guys make it very accessible. Feel welcome. Love all locations. I go to Glenview Deerfield. Now that I’ve discovered Sauganash I’ll be back!

Nice friendly professional service. Warm environment that helps to loosen up the muscles.Classes not too large or crowded. Great instruction during the class and readily available hands on help. Would recommend Shebas class for beginners like myself.
