Love my experience at CPY in Sauganash.
I've been coming since it's opened and have seen the evolution of how instructors adjust the heat in the studios for C2 or Sculpt. Those that have been around for a while do a great job of keeping the heat/humidity under control. Wondering if it's possible for Frank (who teaches a great class) could get some pointers on it? He mentioned his theory that the HVAC system has to "break in," but it's several years old now and I don't sense it adjusting (?) The several classes I've been to recently are extremely humid and remind of the when the studio first opened. For me the extra humidity is tough to handle and can be distracting. My observation during each class - and it's only that - is that there is another yogi that has to stop and lay down because of the heat.

The facility and teachers are awesome!! However sometimes the temperature needs to be adjusted!!
It's a clean, beautiful hot yoga studio with attentive teachers and it isn't too crowded.
Signing up was quick and easy. Melissa was a great instructor and made my newbie self feel comfortable and welcomed!
Everyone was very friendly and the class was great! Would highly recommend. I am probably going to do a month or ten-pack in the summer (I'm a teacher) :)
Clean and friendly!! Everything was well organized. The manager and the yoga instructor both talk to me after to see how I liked my first class. Both were very professional and personable!!
