I love the atmosphere, the instructors, even the little touches - you have hair ties in the ladies’ locker room. Thank you! I do wish it was less expensive though.

Core Power Sauganash has the BEST teachers!!!!!! Amazing, inspiring, wonderful, generous, caring people. I'm constantly humbled by their stories and experience. They give so much to their students every day. I hope they all know how much they impact our daily lives and make every day sunnier.

i went for my first class Saturday, Feb 24th.
it was awesome.

Instructor Megan Es at sauganash location was very helpful and knew what she was doing. Also instructor JJ was very helpful when it came to fixing an error in the system and during the class. The Sauganash location looks very clean and welcoming

I enjoy taking Autumn’s Friday AM sculpt. She is a great sculpt instructor!

The classes are excellent. The teachers explain everything very well. The studio is clean and very pleasant. I absolutley love it!
