I like Andrea she is the only reason I go to sports clips. Consider yourselves lucky she has chosen to work at your establishment. It is very clear she is the best hairdresser as I have been there multiple times where other employees are doing nothing and she has a wait list for 2 ½ hours.

Niki was great, She took care of me and my 2 years old son making him feel comfortable. I really appreciated her and others attitude and professionalism.

The staff are always very patient, kind, and friendly to my child. He is autistic and so I really appreciate the effort they make with him. Often, they will show him that the trimmers do not hurt and give him a heads up that they are about to use the blow dryer. This happened at our most recent hair cut. When taking my child for any type of appointment I know that things can go "not very well". The Sports Cuts employees at Huron and Adelaide in London have always been absolutely great with my kid and give him a great hair cut. It's why I will keep going back.

It's very useful to be able to register online. It means that I don't have to wait onsite for as long. It's nice to have televisions to watch during wait or haircut. I don't often have the same hairdresser, but the staff there are always nice.
