How friendly everyone was and the great job that they did
Well I went to this store with my boyfriend. I have shorter hair so when I seen on the window " it's great to be a guy" I had second thought and kept asking my boyfriend. Should I go in? That was uncomfortable. There are woman that have short hair and like to watch sports too shouldn't they feel welcome? Anyways when I first got in there it wasn't too bad. I was happy to see the set up. Very nice. And one of my teams were playing football so it made it that much better. The lady that cut my hair was so great! and the fact she recommended a hair product that works wonders is that much better :) I would recommend this place to any of my guy friends no problem.

Very friendly and very experienced in there work. I really like the sport environment looks, Sports murals big screen flat televisions, Very spacious and bright. great set up. I enjoyed the face massage and neck message, great hair products Especially the Tea tree shampoo, great for you hair. I will defintely go there for my next hair cut.

Well experienced employees (as far as I know).. I used to go to the Hyde Park before this location opened and everyone had done a great job with the exception of one but another woman was able to recover it quickly. Uniform and professional service. Great to have a more central location. The products used seem nice but I have my own preferred products so I haven't purchased any from your store.

Makaah did an awesome job and I will be back. One comment I would make is that the "welcome to Sportclips' the moment someone walked in the door got pretty old for me in the chair. I can imagine how much the staff would dislike it. I like being greeted, I just don't think it needs to be so scripted.
They are very enthusiastic from the moment you walk in and they are determined to make your experience great! I also love the scalp massage and hot towel.
