Instructors: I feel like every instructor loves teaching. Instructors like Lamat and Melissa Mae are so thoughtful and present in their classes and I feel like I get a different and unique workout every time

The classes: variety is the spice of life! I love that i can get everything from a cleansing afternoon stretch to a broiling-hot weightlifting and cardio challenge. CorePower has helped me push beyond my limits of flexibility and stability, but I also feel like I get to target my "Glamour Muscles" in the Sculpt classes!

I love the sculpt class! I also love that the experience is the same at every studio, no matter what city you're in. One thing the studio needs - plastic bags in the locker room for sweaty clothes!

I love cpy, but I've also been practicing at the Austin studio for a couple years and got certified there and my gf is a teacher. So basically I'm super biased. The San Francisco studio was awesome.
