Large studio and great teachers!

The class was fun and challenging. I usually go to the Wilshire studio in LA and it was fun to try Sculpt in another studio...I liked that it was a consistent experience BUT ALSO some new exercises from what is more typical at my home studio.

C2 and Sculpt are great classes.

I love the entire feel of the studios. Very clean, great classes and instructors. I love Lamat's class on Saturdays and I really enjoy Emily's sculpt classes. I do wish the studio offered all of th classes that Core Power brand offers.

The Fremont St location is very roomy. I originally went to CPY in San Diego which are smaller facilities.

The studio is always clean. The staff is always warm and welcoming, and the classes are the best in town!

I like that it is a different workout from what I had become accustomed to in training for athletics. To me it's more of a functional lifestyle workout than athletic performance. I'm in and out in an hour and a half and know I got a great workout.

I love the fact I can rent a towel and mat for only $3.00. The instructors were so helpful. I am new to yoga and I am absolutely hooked just after my first week.

Instructors: I feel like every instructor loves teaching. Instructors like Lamat and Melissa Mae are so thoughtful and present in their classes and I feel like I get a different and unique workout every time

Facilities: squeaky clean!!

The classes: variety is the spice of life! I love that i can get everything from a cleansing afternoon stretch to a broiling-hot weightlifting and cardio challenge. CorePower has helped me push beyond my limits of flexibility and stability, but I also feel like I get to target my "Glamour Muscles" in the Sculpt classes!
