I loved it. It helped me a lot in taking the most difficult step towards my goal. Its a combination of everything whether you want, strength training, or relaxing and rejuvenating yoga. I had to close my account cos I was busy last 2 months and its a little expensive to continue. But I still suggest everyone to try this core power yoga. It will bring the change you are looking for.

Everyone on the staff was so friendly and made me feel so welcome when I arrived and when I left! I did the C1 class and Adam was amazing! Great class so much fun. Corepower is all the hype!

The positive and mindful energy the instructors bring to class plus the full body workouts (YS specifically). Plus each class has been slightly different despite the base moves, which is great to keep it interesting.
Love sculpt - I've tried about every class in San Francisco and it is my favorite well rounded workout. The staff is great as well. The reason it's not 10 is because of 1. having to pay to use towels in a class that they are necessary for, and 2. the products like shampoo, lotion and conditioner aren't up to par with other studios in the same price range. I know it sounds silly, but when you aren't able to carry around your own before work, you rely on this!

I loved my instructor and your studio! Great location! My only complaint was that the locker room was too packed. I know it was because of the evening hour classes but it was really hard to get around. Otherwise, everything was awesome!
