Love your Yoga. Love it even more when the teacher play hip hop and pop during class (instead of the more soothing music) to get us flowing.

They have a great schedule with lots of options for classes. The teachers were really great. They had nice flows and great energy.
The instructor was really outstanding. I am a Chicago resident and usually go to the South Loop studio. The flow in this class was a little different from what I'm used to, which was a nice change. (Not that I don't love my usual sculpt class!)
Every instructor is highly qualified to lead each class and bring their own unique approach to the practice. Also the entire staff is very friendly and professional.
