Chelsea, the Manager was fantastic! My nephew was getting his hair cut for first time in a long time and I called prior and she spoke with me a couple of times and was very patient and helpful. When we went in, she was engaged with my nephew, asked him lots of questions and he came out with an amazing hair cut (looked so handsome with short hair!). Great customer service and very friendly ... am sure she is great to work with too as the leader for the store!!

The haircuts have been of good quality, and the environment is a nice change of pace.

I have cut my hair at this location a few times, but Stephanie made for a very pleasant visit. During our discussion while I got my hair cut it came up in conversation that I had lost my son a few months back. Unlike other people Stephanie was very companionate and did not shy away from the subject. I will return to have my hair cut by Stephanie again. Being open and allowing me to discuss this loss meant more than anyone can understand. Please thanks Stephanie on my behalf.

I like the setting. Friendly, colourful, smells nice and LOOOVE that latest games are on the TV.

Stylists are great with my kids (even my youngest who screams and cries throughout his hair cut). Reasonable prices. I do wish there was the option to book appointments for kids -- it's really difficult to have them wait patiently for more than an hour for a hair cut.

Fast service, the hair stylist was very friendly and very good in asking exactly what I wanted and she did it perfectly. Love the sign in the window that alos let's you know there is no wait as well

I haven't used a lot of different products, but the ones I have used (shampoo and conditioner by Paul Mitchell is top quality. Very concentrated and lasts a long time.
