The staff are friendly, and want to make sure the parents are happy with their services by asking for feedback while providing the haircut. The staff also ensures the child is satisfy with their services by communicating with them on going until the hair cut is complete.
Personal attention. The washing of the hair and the massage could be a bit longer but overall not bad.
