Liked the doctor, staff was friendly and helpful. Doctor Sacksteder was helpful in explaining the problem with me. He also gave me injections in each should - and I did not feel any pain or discomfort.
I had called that morning because My husband fell in the middle of night over the dog fence. They were efficient in giving me an appointment that afternoon. We met Dr, Madden, she was very thorough and professional . He had x-rays and he did fracture his elbow. They got him rehab.Thank you for your service.

I hate how hard it is to get in touch with someone. I have 2 email addresses, I have a fax machine, I have IM on my cell phone. Today I was on the phone for 30 minutes without reaching a person and had to leave to see my own patients. They called me back several times on my cell phone which I will not have on when I am with patients. I gave them my land line because my assistant can answer it and know what I need from JOI -- in this case the name of medication they want me to take. There website 'contact us' does not allow me to leave my message which could readily been handled -- one word response -- name of med because my doctor wants my PCP to rx it as she handles all my meds. Let's see yesterday I was in an ice cold office for two hours. I'm not complaining about the time, I managed my physician husband's office for 40 years and I know how behind good doctors who care about their work and their patients get, but why would an orthopedist office be ice cold? We, the patients have bone pain or we wouldn't be there. First name removed L Last name removed Ph.D.

Dr Yorio, Eoxy and Jennifer are too notch! They are attentive to detail and have helped me through a difficult Healthcare diagnosis abs treatment. I am so grateful for all their hard work and support!
