There are several things I like. Of course, first is that I have received excellent care there. Dr Picerno is an amazing person and a wonderful knowledgeable doctor. The people at the front desk are friendly and caring. I've often seen one of them go out of their way to help someone with limited mobility. The medical assistants seem to know what they're doing. It all adds up to a feeling of confidence that's I'm in the right place. Not unimportant - the facility is clean. The only downside to having an appt at the Baptist South Hospital location is the parking! The still-new parking garage doesn't help enough. My husband usually drives me because of that. In the overall scheme of things, even that is not important.
