My favorite thing about JOI is Dr. Hastings. I never feel that he is rushing to get to the next patient. He answers my questions and if he can't answer he admits it and tries to find the answer. He is willing to refer me to someone if he thinks it is necessary. He thinks out of the box and is willing to pursue other avenues if I hesitate about the one he suggests.
