From the moment I stepped into the office, the staff was professional and courteous; with a smile. As requested, I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. I was called in timely. Abbey asked vital information and the other necessary information the purpose of my visit, and the CD of x-rays from my ER visit. She was very professional, courteous and attentive preparing for me and for PA, John Tierney. John asked additional questions as he examined my left thumb, all while being professional, courteous and attentive to my injury for further testing to attain a clearer view of the area.
