I liked the professionalism, kindness, and rapport I perceived from every person involved in my treatment. Every employee I interacted with was polite and kind, some were so sweet, starting from the young man in the reception area to the young man who fitted me for my neck brace. Dr. Ero was great. He listened to everything I said and answered all my questions. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience.
