I was nervous because of the results of a CT scan. The visit was my first to JOI. The receptionist was fun but fast, the nurse that checked me in was cheerful and thorough and Dr. Pujadas gave me great news. He was clear, informative and incredibly pleasant--exactly what I needed given my concerns. When the results were not what I feared, Dr. Pujadas was heartily happy for me--despite his love of doing surgery. :-)
Since I will need to return for a follow-up next year, I can honestly say that I look forward to the experience and expect that I would have another excellent visit.

I had such a great experience at Baptist South having surgery done by Dr. Snyder of Jacksonville orthopedic Institute. From my PACE appointment on I felt very cared for. I want to recognize Jeanette in pre-surgery, nursing, and Dr. Woeste and his Anesthesia Team for caring for me with the utmost care pre- to post- surgical pain management. They and Dr Snyder were so upbeat and positive and made efforts to connect with me so I didn’t just feel like “Case Number Two”
